SAP FI/CO Specialist

SAP FI/CO specialist is responsible for support of business processes in the following areas: finance and accounting (FI) and management accounting (CO). SAP FI/CO will participate in project team activities: testing, end-user trainings and etc.

Main responsibilities:

  • Transfer knowledge and know-how on best fitting business practices in finance, accounting and tax accounting, management accounting, budget control to business process owners, team leaders and project team members of Nobel Oil;
  • Take active part in change management activities related to changes in organizational structure/business processes in finance, accounting and tax accounting, management accounting, budget control areas;

Essential criteria & Qualifications:

  • 3-5 years of experience in implementation of SAP system(s), transformation of business processes in the following areas:
    • Finance and accounting, including general ledger, accounts receivable, accounts payable, fixed assets, asset management, payments, bank accounts and petty cash, financial reporting;
    • Management accounting, including cost center accounting, planning and accounting of costs in projects, profitability analysis;
    • Budget control processes;
    • Processing of payroll in financial accounting, management accounting;
    • Tax accounting;
    • Project Systems
  • Experience in supporting SAP systems in FI/CO area acting as 2nd line of support;
  • University degree;

Mechanical Maintenance Engineer (Rotating Equipment)

Mechanical Maintenance Engineer reports to Maintenance Delivery Manager and provides maintenance engineering support for Gas Compression/Power Generation stations and Top Drive units. The successful candidate will need to work closely with Field Service Engineers and Area Responsible Engineers in order to achieve the continuous running of equipment and machinery. Maintenance engineer will work with other professionals in order to improve production facilities, reduce the incidence of costly breakdowns and develop strategies to improve overall reliability and safety of plant, personnel and production processes.

Main responsibilities:
Include, but are not limited to the following:

  • Develop maintenance strategies, procedures and methods; 
  • Review and update existing company maintenance strategy documents; 
  • Troubleshoot breakdown problems; 
  • Deal with emergencies, unplanned problems and repairs; 
  • Liaise with customers and other engineering and production colleagues; 
  • Manage inventory and spare parts. Carry out quality inspections on performed jobs through CMMS; 
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety legislation; 
  • Consult with Field Service Engineers and Area Responsible Engineers on technical problems; 
  • Monitor equipment performance and ensure equipment is performing effectively and efficiently; 
  • Establish and monitor programs for critical equipment analysis and condition monitoring techniques;

  • Provide technical guidance for CMMS;

  • Develop standards for major maintenance overhauls and outages;
  • Provide technical guidance for the preventive and predictive maintenance programs; 
  • Serve as the focal point for monitoring performance indicators for maintenance management; 
  • Responsible for analyzing equipment, operating data; 
  • Make cost-effective benefit review of the maintenance programs; 
  • Develop preservation maintenance strategy and requirements; 
  • Define KPIs for equipment performance and maintenance efficiency and produce monthly reports; 
  • Provide engineering support for root cause analysis. 

Education/experience & Qualification:

  • High school diploma in Mechanical or Maintenance Engineering;
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in the engineering field, preferably in a similar field;
  • Expert knowledge of the rotating equipment (Gas Turbines, Gas Compressors) and auxiliaries (Gears, Couplings and Guards, Lube Oil System, Gas Fuel System, Liquid Fuel System, Seal Gas System etc.);
  • Ability to read technical drawings and schemes;
  • Good working knowledge of CMMS tools (Maximo, SAP-PM);
  • Understanding of CbM (Vibration Analysis/Monitoring, Oil Analysis, Thermography, Ultrasonic), PM and PdM techniques;
  • Experience in application of Root Cause Analysis Techniques (FMEA, FTA, 5 Whys, Ishikawa Diagrams, etc.);
  • Troubleshooting experience;
  • Good analytical abilities and problem-solving skills;
  • Be able to work on own initiative, work to deadlines and also be a team player;
  • An ability to work well under pressure;
  • Good verbal and written communication skills;
  • Fluent English language;
