Jorgen Rasmussen joined the Board of Nobel Oil Services as Chairman in 2015.
Mr. Rasmussen is a senior international oilfield executive. He started his 25 year long international career with the leading oil service giants Schlumberger, having held numerous management positions all over the world, and having worked in many areas, from seismic to integrated project management.
Mr. Rasmussen served as the President and Chief Executive Officer and Board member of Archer Ltd, and as Chairman, President and Chief Executive of Seawell Limited. Currently, Mr. Rasmussen is serving as President and CEO of Qinterra AS, a global well service and well intervention technology company. His Board work includes the roles of Chairman of Altus Intervention, Chairman of Intrapoint AS, and Vice Chairman at Sevan Marine AS. He also serves as Board member at Reelwell AS, SRJ Technologies Ltd and Falck Nutec AS.
Mr. Rasmussen holds MSC in Geology and Applied Geophysics.
Gustaf Nobel joined the Board of Nobel Oil Services in 2014, having previously serving as a member the company's Advisory Board. Throughout his career Mr. Nobel worked in more than 15 countries worldwide, having held several senior management positions and also working as a management consultant.
Over the years he worked for companies like Electrolux, ABB and Trelleborg. Mr. Nobel served as CEO at Delifrance AB, jointly owned by Grand Moulin de Paris and Nestlé, for four years before moving to France in 2005. From 2009 to 2014 he was the Chairman of the Nobel Sustainability Trust Foundation.
Currently Gustaf Nobel is the owner and CEO of Conversus SARL, working as a management consultant advising foreign companies entering the French and Swedish markets.
Mr. Nobel holds degree in Marketing and Economics from the University of Lund, Sweden.
Eamon Gorman joined the Board of Nobel Oil Services as a Member and as a Director in 2015. He has over 35 years of diverse experience in the North Sea, Far East, and Middle East, in both Operator and Contractor roles.
Most recently Mr. Gorman worked as CEO of MBPS Group, successfully turning around one of the largest Oilfield Services companies in the MENA region. Previously he served on the Managing Director's Committee in Petroleum Development Oman (PDO) as Well Engineering Director.
Mr. Gorman started his career at Brunei Shell Petroleum (BSP) in 1978 as a Production Technologist. He spent over 20 years managing production technology and petroleum engineering for such companies as Mærsk Olie og Gas AS (Maersk Oil), Shell Expro, Petroleum Development Oman, Nederlandse Aardolie Maatschappij BV (NAM), Al Furat Petroleum Co. He continued his career as a Consultancy Services Manager at Shell Expro (Aberdeen, UK), and as an Operations Manager at Shell Iran Offshore Ltd. (Dubai, UAE). Mr. Gorman also served at Petroleum Development Oman as Director of Well Engineering & Logistics.
Mr. Gorman holds BA in Mathematics and BA in Engineering from Trinity Collegue, Dublin. He earned his master degree in Petroleum Engineering from Heriot-Watt University, Edinburgh.
Stuard Detmer joined the Board of Nobel Oil Services in 2014. He is an accomplished executive with more than 25 years experience in general management, international business development and strategic planning.
Previously Mr. Detmer worked as a Vice President of CTC Media, Inc, and spent over 7 years working with Mobil Corporation and its’ multiple subsidiaries/affiliates in such positions as Finance Associate, Finance and Marketing Associate, Business Development Manager, Strategy and Asset Manager, International E&P Negotiator, and Senior Strategy Advisor.
Mr. Detmer also worked as Director of Proxicom Inc, as Vice President of Business Development for Xansa, and held positions of Chief Executive Officer and Executive Director of Sibir Energy PLC and Aminex PLC. He was Senior Non-Executive Director of Exillon Energy PLC, and Co-Founder and Director KM Capital Partners SA.
Mr. Detmer earned his BA from Vanderbilt University and continued his education in Deutsche Institut Für Ausländer, as well as Indiana University, before earning his MBA from Darden School, University Of Virginia.
